Cyprus issues an Immigration Permit — permanent residence — to non-EU investors who invest at least €300,000 in property, a Cyprus company or a Cyprus investment fund, and show a secure annual income. The permit does not allow employment except as a director of the invested company.

No renewal cycle is set, but every year you must provide evidence that you keep the investment and income, hold health insurance (if not covered by GESY) and clean criminal record certificates. Disposing of the investment without immediately replacing it with an equal or higher qualifying investment leads to cancellation.

Keep the investment (or immediately replace it with another of equal or greater value) and report annually.
Citizenship
No direct citizenship. Naturalisation is a separate process under Cypriot law.

It is an Immigration Permit (permanent residence), but you must report every year that you keep the investment, income, health insurance and a clean record. Disposing of the investment without replacing it cancels the permit.
